Does anyone have any experience with NAS?
I'm talking about home->small business level. Around 4TB.
Any suggestions?

I realise this is a few months old but I have just stumbled upon it!
I have a 2 bay Synology NAS that has 2 3TB HDD's in it. I run it in RAID0 which means that I get 6TB all up but if one HDD fails I lose everything. But I do Back up everything that I put on to it to external HDD's. RAID should never be seen as a backup tool anyway. I use it mostly for media streaming from my lounge room. Runs constantly best thing I ever did! Spent about $1000 all up
