Im going to avoid win10 for as long as I can anyway. I used win2000 until they stopped support for it and I'll do the same with win7 which I think is 2020.

Finally got around to reading this thread. With QL dying I thought I would look at what you are all excited about. I have absolutely no idea what you are all saying! It all sounds too complicated for me. I haven't mastered Quake after all these years so this one sounds like no hope

The fact that you are talking specs is a worry too. Sounds like my old box running XP and some ancient GPU isn't going to cut it anyway. Not to mention I don't have a steam account.

Oh well, gaming days coming to an end I guess. Mrs K will love that. Enjoy lads.
