Camtasia

Heya hax0rz .... a friend is looking for a free alternative to Camtasia.
The ability to do record 3rd party audio input whilst recording video demonstration of a web site is the goal.

Any suggestions ?

I haven't used anything personally but a guy I work with has used Jing but he says that's already been replaced...
