Photo Corruption Helps

Hey,

I have 4 years of photos that I took while living abroad where most of them have been corrupted on my protable drive. Anyone with more smarts than me able to fix it? If you can, some instructions so that I can fix the other few thousand photos would be awesome.

I tried attaching, but the forum doesnt like the corrupted file either, links below. I have no idea what the photos are, but pretty sure my wang isnt in it ... Pot Luck!
