User Defined Custom Configuration

Hi fellow Quake enthusiasts,

just wanting to know if there is anyway to customize the ql reticle? i was hoping that i could get a 2x2 pixel dot i find the smallest reticle on ql is still too big, also im wondering if anyone else has some tips/tweaks to be made to the config that could be helpful...
weapon config, hud and so on!!! :help:

Mode I use for Mousewheel where down is Rail and Up is Gaunt. :D The extra guff is so it plays a sound so I'm sure which one is activated, the other stuff is visual confirmation if the games too loud, it just prints it in the console
