printing help

dunno if what i want is available for home users but here goes
i want to print on clear sticky back transfers
i want to print labels to put on fishing rods in gold, silver or white ink
i can buy the transfer material but i can not find a printer that will print in gold, silver or white
the pic below is one had printed professionally ages ago, but i want to be able to print my own and change the text as needed

Some of the better lazer's do a nice gold & silver but inkjets, forget it. That looks like it was offset printed. White can only be printed offset on a clear material - lazer & ink's dont print white.
Some of the hand held unit's like a 'dynamo label printer' might do what you need there scummy.
