Dual Displays with monitors running different resolutions

Postby blink » Mon Mar 24, 2008 1:59 pm

Hey Pitoreans,

Hopefully a simple tech question here - when you're running dual display monitors with different vertical resolutions, you get this nasty "clipping" when you try to move your mouse from the smaller to the higher screen. Is there some sort of software out there that will "scale" the position of the cursor when you move it between monitors so that you don't get this mismatch?

Never heard of it. Do you mean Sammus? Looks like it is more for switching between PCs than monitors.

Yeah I was already using ultramon (great program, highly recommended), but it doesn't do mouse cursor repositioning.

Yep, CRT for gaming, LCD for everything else :)

I think I've mentioned this before, but LCDs still just don't cut it for Quake3.
