I'm not really one to go making threads about driver versions, but if you are on Vista or you have an 8x00 on WinXP (since it only supports the 8x00 series on XP) then you MUST get these drivers.
When I got the new PC I was having a few performance issues. While the benches were awesome they weren't "Awesome Express"

Basically here are my scores (check the other thread for specs if you've forgotten or didn't care in the first place:

3DMark06 - 10736 (Default free version settings)
Q3 - 1920x1200 16xAF 16xAA - 558fps - everything full bore(766fps without AA/AF)
Q4 - 1920x1200 16xAF 4xAA - 65fps - Ultra Quality
Doom3 - 1920x1200 16xAF 4xAA - 93fps Ultra Quality
Half-Life 2: Lost Coast - 1920x1200 16xAF 4xAA HDR Full - 132fps

Jesus, did I just shoot in my pants? :o

Anyway, besides the chance to gloat, I figured someone here may benefit on the heads up for a mandatory driver upgrade ;)
