linux and quake live.. help

Postby IN4ME » Mon Jul 23, 2018 9:25 pm

anyone play quake through a debian OS.
steamos doesn't have quake live.. :/
I did a dual boot system to find that steamOS doesn't support quakelive.
Win 7 problems started.. like this
I started getting the hardware unsupported.. even though i had avoided the updates that where known to give error.. win7.. slipsteamed the usb 3 drivers into the iso.. for both the 100 series and 300 series motherboards, but the weird stuff comes.. I rolled back the updates which worked but the next day, i get win7 copy being conterfit.. I brought it from them online.. :/ I did get a refund though.. windows 10 ... well that's a service now and a poor one at that..

Who's running Quake live through deb.. linux.. help
cheers.
