time for an upgrade!

ok so i havnt upgraded in like 4 years, its time i spent some money on the computer :P

what u guys think of this (all from umart...just a quick build of what i'm looking for)

mobo : Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 MB, Socket 2011, Intel X79, 4x DDR3, 4x PCI-E3.0 <---unsure on this mobo
cpu : Intel Core i7 3930K Processor LGA2011 3.2GHz 12M Cache 6 Cores
gpu : x2 Zotac GTX590 3G PCI Express
ram : Corsair Vengeance CMZ32GX3M4X1866C10R 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 Red
hdd : x2 Western Digital CaviarGreen 2TB 64MB SATA 3

total cost : $3610.00

giving myself a 5k limit soooo discuss!

BEAST! Anything over $2k these days is awesome... What do you do on your pc other than quake and net? Surely something like that is only needed if your massively into design or media work

If you want to spend that kind of money, id say spend $2k n an awrsome pc, spend $500 on a brand spanking new desk, spend $300 on a directors leather gaming chair, another $200 on the latest foot massaging machine for while youre playing, spend another $300 on a mini bar fridge for next to your pc and stock it up with $300 worth of beer.... Same price as the one pc but with all the benefits! Chicks will dig it!

Aim, movement and control have to work together for each of them alone to work for you. You may know timings but if you can't aim to fend someone off or move quick enough to get there what use is it to time then, don't favour one over the other 2. -Profanum

Doo eeet, nothing beats the 10 minute high you get from making an impulse buy!! Nah seriously, you most likely don't need something that powerful.

But if that's what you want don't let any of us stop you lol.. :P :)

With the change you would have left over from 5 gee you could grab a screen the size of Cpt yoss' which ktc was quoted after trying it " ffs , I had to turn my head from side to side to see where to take the next shot" :D
