Wireless Internet

Hi all , Wireless Internet and QL , I assume it would be Fooked ,
but seems its the only option i have or running a 20 mtr ethernet cable .

They r the only options at my current residence , just wondering does anybody play QL on
a wireless connection ? or would a cabled connection be more stable all be it 20 mtrs ?

def go for the ethernet cable... 20 meters is nothing.. you can have up to 100 meters before you need to start thinking about repeaters

hmm more like 30-35 mtrs , thx boogz , monkey custard lol , personally havnt had to resort to that as yet :p

no, ethernet is good for 100 meters ... i've installed hundreds of kilometers of the shit

You should choose wired if you are frequently copying huge and/or hundreds and hundreds of files between PCs on your network, or if you are going to be streaming ludicrously high res video. Wireless is more than capable of covering QL or any internet activity you care to name, and has the benefit of being about a million times more convenient (I measured this myself)

I DL movies etc , but more concerned about connection interuptions, dropouts etc while playing QL ...
