Using these parts, sorry for separate tabs, but I don't know if there is any other way.

http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=17101 // Mboard
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=15259 // Psupply
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=16899 // Graphics card
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=16399 // RAM
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=18475 // CPU

EXTRA's
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=18923 // DVD
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... s_id=12600 // Keyboard
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?mai ... ts_id=5652 // Headset

On a budget of $700 MAX. (including postage) As I don't do much other then play games. Not really all that keen on the newer games atm, but I want it to be up-to-date as far as a mid-range computer goes.

Case: Ok, if a little small.
Motherboard: Good entry level motherboard. Limited expansion capability. Be aware that this board only supports SATA HDD.
Powersupply: Too small. Get 800W - 1000W. You wont regret it.
Videocard: Link broken.
RAM: This will work, but you may find that you need some RAM with built on heat sink. Games tend to warm things up a bit and RAM doesnt like that.
CPU: Terrible. If you can, fork out an extra $50 and get at least an i5 quad core.
DVD: Personal choice.
Keyboard: Personal choice.
Headset: Personal choice.

If it were me I'd spend a little more on the PSU, RAM and CPU.

However, with your budget you are getting an ok entry level machine. The only real downside is the limited upgrade capability.

Thanks boogz.

"Videocard: Link broken." was going to get the geforce 550 but for some reason it isn't there anymore.

The cheapest Psupply is $134, compared to my $55, 550W.

The 550 looks like a nice card.

Based on that you should be able to get away with the 550 Watt PSU...

Video card: 400W
SATA HDD: 10W (assuming 1 HDD)
Core i3: 65W
DVD: 15W
----
490W required minimum.

But, dont forget though that if you plug other devices on, such as your keyboard, mouse, other USB devices such as a smart phone, external drive or whatever you will need more power. At that point your starting to get uncomfortably close to the 550W max that the PSU can sustain.
