Yea sure, 1 cent comes in handy.
Anyway, when I get laggy I just close other programs like Skype, Steam, any sort of stuff like that. If that still doesn't work then use a program like Game Booster. If that STILL doesn't work, get a faster internet connection. If it's STILL not working, then get a better computer PC. If it still doesn't work, then I can't help you.

Check your network settings in your config as well, I'll paste some here after work.
EDIT: Too lazy to write out what they do, do a little googlin' and check to see if it's right for your setup as well

set cl_timenudge "-20" - I use -20 in Syd servers where I get 60-70 ping, in Perth I leave it at 0
