If you are on the original version and they are on the beta (or vice versa) then the game shows up as the same name in steam but they are incompatible. might take a few days for everything to be fully sorted out.

Eventually there will be a new version that you are forced into using but for now there is the original version, and the public beta version. The private beta where you had to use a key is now useless.

lol 10 bucks ...just never stop paying for this game .

probably becuase you had the beta , says 10 bucks to download as the standalone has now ceased .

So keep my config b4 i delete then download and copy into the steam game folder i guess .

For some reason I didnt have to pay. I didnt have a pro subscription, but I did have an activated Beta testing key.

I had Steam version the day it was released on a pro account. Then I had the beta (separate steam listing) then I had the original steam version in beta mode and then I opted out of the beta, verified local files to force the 'update' and it let me in with no issues.
