More free stuff coming. Loadout cases (these give a RANDOM merc loadout (weapon and 3 augments) for any merc) for logging in near the end of the month. One per day from 27th till 29th America time.

If you are interested or new and cant figure out what a loadout is for just ask in here and we'll try and help. You can only use a loadout if you ALSO have the merc unlocked, getting a loadout doesn't give you access to a locked merc.

I think im getting the hang of this medic thing. 3 kills for the match but I topped the scoreboard and we won. The 'Doctor' badge is for reviving 7 players inside 15 seconds during the same life.

Indeed. There are two testing maps this weekend. Depending on how long its been since you played there is a coupe of mercs, a new map and a new game mode with 2 maps.

A whole range of bug fixes and balance changes too.

New event up over the next 5 weeks. mostly explained on the site.

run down:
New Merc Aimee (recon class, sniper rifles, spotter gadget that weakens the enemy)
lots of cases available giving loadouts with fancy skins.
New badges to collect.
a few balance changes.
lots of background story stuff that can be easily ignored.

Not sure taht anyone in PiT still plays the game aside from me though. I occasionally see Gubbs but that's about it. I don't play much myself these days either, but I will be in there a fair bit over this event.

I haven't been playing much MP games until my net's sorted as the times when it's OK are so erratic but I'd like to get back into DB at some point.

you know i just wish movement was quicker in DB, its really one of the things that makes me hesitate clicking on DB instead of Ql when i join Steam... it just feels so lethargic running around in DB...
