Sleep Paralysis

Anyone ever experienced sleep paralysis? i've heard alot about it, and a few people i know have experienced it. Just curious as to what people think about it or share your stories if you have had it. it's facinated me for quite a while and i remember something like this happening to me when i was a kid. so spiritual or psychological??

A guy here at work's had it about 6 times over his life (35ish)

I experience sleep paralysis sometimes, happened to me a week ago, my eyes open, body couldn't move and someone appeared to be in the room that pulled my blanket over my face to suffocate me. It's weird i don't know if your actually still asleep because i don't wake up after the paralysis experience happens.

The NSA has methods of implanting thoughts and dreams into your REM patterns of sleep. Could very well be technologically driven.

i have experienced it several times, twice in Switzerland and one here in Oz... pretty spooky...

It's psychological with physical symptoms (like most non-physical ailments)
