Sigh, that big black line pretty much guarantees I'm not getting home till after 6 maybe even 7 tonight

Not always, but when it's heavy its _really_ heavy. We've really only got 2 motorways (North - South and West - East) and they intersect right in the middle of town, so the moment knock off time comes the roads just fill up... And then it only takes one minor accident (or even just a little bit of rain) and the roads just back up.

There's a huge project to turn the motorway into a loop... hopefully that helps, but its at least 3 - 5 years before it's finished.

Ahh this might explain a few things. Notice the black on both sides of the motorway. Fucking rubber neckers!
