Good post Gubb's....

If Cash & 420 put a whole team each forward then we have a larger comp to organize.... perhaps 6-8 teams of 4 or 5 per team. More time to sort details out is good.
As for reasons previously stated and in fairness to all, then Cash & 420 would need to register here to confirm their interest.

It looks like its might pan out that several existing clans will put forward a team.... and like you said people who know each other would play together. That would leave several / many newb's not in an existing clan / circle that must play together?...

I recon to ensure that everyone has a great fun experience that if the "existing clan" scenario pans out, that each clan should take on board a newb for this comp.... ie: 4x =PiT=Clan + killthechicken (or who ever) / 4x CashClan + poogz etc.....
I think the Clans should keep an open mind to this suggestion....
Perhaps each clan might have 2 teams in order to make room for a newb to join the games? ....
All depends on final COMFIRMED numbers.

Gubben - I am making some other back ground enquiries re: server hosting that may be a backup alternative if ID do not have suitable feedback.

Expectations - a growing feeling of excitement as things build to a start, that warm fuzzy feeling of team participation, the tingle of a (semi) structured comp / finals & winner ....... a couple of weeks of fun to organize what will be a comp held over perhaps 2 weekends total time... then build on the experience to hold another fun comp here. Its really all about the fun.

Gday bucknorris - welcome aboard... interest noted :)

When the dust settles & with all this interest and input - we should have a mighty fine fun comp sorted.
