yeah man www.quakelive.com its just gone standalone.
same game > same physics > yes it is free (unless you want to be pro or premium (a few extra bonuses)) > new modes > new maps > still as addictive as ever!!!
and there is still a few of the older blokes who play. bombadil > kanon > scumbag > toga > and occasional re appearances!
u should check it out sometime! you'll ping like hell on aus servers from bangkok but it would be a good chance to catch up with the ppl u used to play with. there are still alot of ppl from the q3a days who still play like its a religion!
