software:
install wolfcam
install fraps (full version; not demo from site)
video editor (e.g. windows movie maker, sony vegas, etc)
how to:
- open fraps
- set record bind key/fps settings/etc
- open wolfcam and open demo (it's easy to use app; check navigation bind settings)
- record wolfcam screen using fraps record bind, navigating back and fwd as needed
- open video editor, open fraps recorded files (default folder is <install dir>\movies), create clip - voila
