It's probably more the allcaps and the swears. Not a known motivator. Racial jokes are probably against ToS but in context it seemed light hearted and teasing.

Last I knew the object of 2 teams in battle was to have a winner!
As sifz would wish we shouldn't care if we win or lose, But hes talking out his ass as he is on 1650 Ctf points and he god dam well knows it!
So all this talk of him not giving a shit is bullshit, he just doesn't want me to try as hard so I will lose more often!
Sorry sifz Im here to win every game and you know it and if that makes your life tougher when im playing harden up.

So, 13yrs of Quake and the best motivational tools you've found are insulting and swearing?
I can respect giving it your all but it's a tall order expecting everyone else to adhere to your standards, especially when it's not even a scrim or a comp 99% of the time. A lot of people are on there to relax, have fun, fuck around, shoot the shit and practice. Not to get given grief because they're not all h4rdk0r3.
