I think that every player who has pro account should spawn server, ether with public maps (so pub only players can join, when you dont have your crew around) or pro maps. Then just force shuffle or put players to teams to get some balance.
If you leave, give OP to some trustworthy person so he can force shuffles too.
We have balance script ready, i just need to prepare page with explanation on how to use it.

My thoughts......
(Been drinking for the last 14 hours so plz excuse the lack of coherence or how ever it's spelt)
Jumping to spec then back in to even teams only causes stacked teams due to the lesser team having all the stronger players then one more gets added
Aliases being obvious who they are, hi vader
I often jump in for a quick game between jobs without giving two boots who is on which team. I reckon I am the only father in QL who cops it from their daughter for unbalancing the teams. She will sit and watch for ages till she is sure the team she is joining is the weaker team ( also tries to get on the opposite team to me but we only have one set of headphones ATM so we don't play at the same time often till headphones. Com take my order)
