the idea of stats imho is completely useless, mainly because in a game like ictf there are players that don't play heaps and therefore aren't highly ranked but yet they could consistantly dominate anyone on the list. this is just blatantly obvious every time you host an ictf tournament. not to say that's it not fun for some banter between friends or to introduce some competition into an unranked gametype, but don't care so much Rock, they are a pretty poor representation and are honestly more based on how many games you've played than how good you are.

@all stats people vs ice - it's obvious the jelly monster came out as ice was no1 at the start...so when ice plays games ppl come just to win...aka that is stats hax and ice is still no1

I think you need to take into account average player score, kill/death ratio and accuracy.

The stats get fucked up if you are just practising matches with your own clan in a private server. Also accuracy itself doesn't mean everything when you are a player that spams shots a lot.
