Umm some of those drugs aren't drugs (as in addictive substances), they are medications for mental illness. one was of him in a que waiting to be given a quantity with other patients. which leads me to ask, does he have a mental illness?

I really like it tbh it shows a range of visual styles, mediums, changes of character, uses of color etc...

Not really, However when referring to drugs in Australia it usually means illicit drug's and not usually drugs with medicinal qualities.
