That's hell expensive. It would want to be good and no caps. Someone was telling me that in United States there is no such thing as capped data, lucky them.

yeah i hope so, I'm one of the first in NZ to get fibre to the home. only early 100's installed so far. in fact they even did my installation for free because they were training a whole bunch of people. its expected to take up to 10 years to get fibre to every household in NZ...
