Firstly we welcome any 2012 registrants to Quake Live and 4seasons Gaming. A very long time ago I started up 4sg with the idea to run some Quake Live competitions to meet demands of the games new and active players. The Duel comp has grown and developed since the typical "single/double elimination" formats seen in usual competitive tournaments into a group to play off series.

About The Tournament

4Seasons Gaming has always prided itself on allowing players of similar skill levels to compete against each other in a fair and competitive environment. We have finally brought back the long called for seasonal comp. The divisions are hand selected by our and will also be judged on the . The division as follow Div1 Professionals, Div2 Amateurs, Div3 Beginners. When we say 'Beginners' we are talking about new players where some .

The tournament format will be similar to last season. Players will be given two weeks to complete an initial stage of 3 opponents in best of three format. 32 players will be manually assigned to each division and a further 16 seeds will be separated amongst the groups. 8 Groups will each contain two assigned seeded players and two random. The final standing top two players from each group will proceed through to a 16 man single elimination in which all games turn into best of five. Maps to be played are Blood Run, Toxicity, Lost World, Aerowalk and Furious Heights.
