... also thought both bomb and jof said no this year.
... and thought baldy promoted bomb & jof.
... also a final thought, Elections were in early November?? ....

Just changed the forum access permissions. The new permissions are based on group rather than individuals. if anyone has any issues let us know.

Toga, ive thought about that, if jof still has the backups for the old forum they could be useful. Anyone remember if the old db was MySQL or MSQL? if it was MySQL i could possible merge the database. ie, literally raise the forums to the last backup point. If not shit happens.

Yeah there shouldn't be any problem with that, in theory (unless the forums had been modified in some way which corrupts it compared to the default YABB boards). I've never tried it though :P

pretty sure the old forums are sitting on MySQL. JOF has a pretty recent backup if we can't get the latest
