Well for a start he is most likely using a crap mic. Also he speaks too fast and hasn't got the mic level set appropiately nor close enough to his mouth.

I don't like VISTA but if you spend the TIME training it and actually set up your mic properly and speak clearly and consistently it does work quite well. You just need to get your head around the correct commands.

I'm not defending it but FFS who is gonna script using voice recognition... its too slow and not really designed for that purpose.
