yep. :) Also depends on the type of lcd panel iirc. But generally anything under 6ms or under is great. My 17" is 12ms and i have never noticed any bluring or loss of image quality. However i did notice an increase in image quality. Then again, ive used a 19" lcd with a 12ms responce time ...
