hey jess, i play tf2 as well and well if u play solly it does help with quake live.
however quake live will def improve how u play in tf2 but find it is kinda slow after this lol. (plus u gotta reload all the time)
CA is a good mod to get used to weapon switching and muck around with rocket jumping
